Participation in 501c day can come in two ways.
On your social media channels:
Make a post on your social media accounts on May 1, 2023 using the hashtag #501cDay. Let us know why your staff works towards your mission every day, and who are the individuals that make it happen. Share your successes, introduce us to the people making those successes happen, let us know why you work in the nonprofit sector.
At your office:
Host an open house at 3:00 PM the day of May 1! We are welcoming nonprofit organizations to throw open their doors at 3:00 PM on May 1 to let the public come into their space to learn about them as an organization, and what they do for their community. It can be as big or as little of an open house as you’d like it to be, the goal is for people to come learn about your organizations, celebrate with you and your staff and learn how they can support you in your goals.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
